Delivery time is normally 3 to 5 working days after placing the order online or with a representative.
Do packages come with a contract?
No, this is an equipment rental. To cancel the service, simply return the equipment to the following address:

Are there any subsidies or tax credits available with the packages?

What to do in the event of a power cut? Does the system still work?
Yes, our systems have a battery backup.

Is the equipment waterproof?
Yes, the equipment is water-resistant. The aim of the devices is to keep them as often as possible. You can use the emergency button in the bath or shower without any problem.
