Warranty on our products

12-month warranty

The 12-month warranty offered free of charge by ProtectionCSL.com applies to all products used under reasonable conditions from the date of purchase. In case of manufacturing defects, your product will be repaired free of charge. ProtectionCSL.com can choose to replace a product or refund the customer if the product cannot be repaired. The warranty is offered at no additional cost. However, the customer is responsible for the delivery costs.

If you need to return a product, please first obtain a return merchandise number by completing the information request form in the Contact Us section. Include the return number on the outside of the package to ensure priority processing.

ProtectionCSL.com is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. We recommend that you insure your parcel and choose a shipping method with a tracking number.

Please note that products with misuse or modification and products damaged by lightning cannot be repaired or replaced under our 12-month warranty plan.

We test all products that are returned to us as soon as they are received. Functional products that do not meet the conditions described above will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

If a product needs to be repaired after the 12-month warranty has expired, ProtectionCSL.com can act as an intermediary with the manufacturer or an appropriate repair shop. Please note that repair and handling costs will be charged to the customer in all cases.

Limited Warranty

A manufacturer’s limited warranty applies to batteries, transmitters and wires. Although these items are sold in new condition and should function properly, ProtectionCSL.com does not offer a warranty on these products.

3-month limited warranty

Some of our products are covered by a 3-month warranty. Any questions about your product after the 3-month warranty expires should be directed to the manufacturer.

Clearance items sold as-is cannot be returned or exchanged. If a product is defective upon receipt, it is possible to obtain a refund or credit. To return a defective item, please follow the return instructions above.

As delivery is handled by third-party companies, shipping costs cannot be refunded, even if the product needs to be returned.
