Overview

With our mobile app, you take care of everyday tasks such as adjusting the thermostat or locking the doors from your
phone or tablet.

This user guide will show you how to download and use our mobile app. Our mobile is provided
by our parent company and technology partner, Alarm.com.

What features are available on the Mobile App?

The mobile app is a simplified version of solution that is designed for ease of use. Not every
feature that is available on the PointCentral website is available in the mobile app.

Here are the main features available today:

. Thermostat Control
- Schedules
- Mode Changes
- Temperature Set Point Changes
. History

The mobile app can be used on the following platforms:

. iPhone
. iPad
. Apple Watch
. Android
. Blackberry


Downloading the Mobile App.

Follow these instructions in to download the mobile app.

Go to the App Store, and search for Alarm.com.
Select the Alarm.com app. (Photo of App)
Select Install.


Logging into the Mobile App

Open the Alarm.com app.
Enter Username and Password in the respective fields.



Using the Mobile App

The mobile app allows for viewing one property at a time. The system description is displayed at
the top of the screen to denote which property is selected at any given time.

Controlling the Lock

To remotely lock or unlock the lock, follow the steps below.

Select the Locks Tab.
Select Unlock (to Unlock). OR, Select Lock (to Lock).
Done.


Thermostat Schedule Changes

To make temperature, mode, or fan mode changes, follow the steps below.

Select the Thermostats Tab.
Press Schedule.


Note: The screen will display schedules on or off.

Select Edit for Cool or Heat, under Edit Basic Schedules.
Use the scheduling matrix to make changes to the schedule. You can change the schedule in
each time block but pressing into the colored block.


Note: each time block is completely movable and temperature adjustable.

Select Done.


Thermostat Changes

To make temperature, mode, or fan mode changes, follow the steps below.

Select the Thermostats Tab.
Press into the box where Mode, Schedule, and Fan are displayed.
Select the desired Mode, Temperature, and Fan Mode.
Press Send.
Done.


Viewing history.

To view history, follow the steps below.

History is displayed in a side bar on the right side of the screen.
If you are looking for specific data, select the filter icon.



From the scroll lists, select the type of event and date.
Select Search.
Done.
