Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for trusting CSL Protection with the safety of yours and your property. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know as soon as possible.

In the event of dissatisfaction, we will refund the purchase price, minus 15% for restocking fees, upon receipt of your product within 15 days of the date of acquisition.

A product can be exchanged or returned for a refund under the following conditions:

  • The product was purchased within the last 15 days.

  • The product is in its original packaging.

  • The product has not been used and it is not damaged.

  • You must provide a return number when returning a product.

  • Use the information request form on the home page or in the Contact Us section to request a return merchandise number. A number will be provided to you as soon as possible.

  • All refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Important Instructions for Returning Merchandise

The return and refund policy does not apply to transformers or batteries unless they were damaged upon receipt.

Return the product in its original packaging with a clear indication on the outside of the packaging of the return number we provided to you.

Indicate if you would like a refund or if you would like to exchange the product. If the product is defective, please specify the problem.

Provide your name, full address, phone number, and a valid email address so that we can get in touch with you quickly.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for the return of a product are non-refundable.

You are responsible for transportation costs and assume the risk of loss or breakage of merchandise during shipping, both to and from ProtectionCSL.com.

Shipping costs, in the event of a COD return, will be deducted from the amount remitted.

Damaged Items

If you have received a damaged product, please notify us immediately. It will be replaced at no charge.

Discounted Items

Discounted items are covered by our refund policy.
